This may have just been a gift from God for me, but I have always shared every gift I’ve been given, so I wanted to share this:

I looked up the verse Hebrews 13:2. which is at the bottom of this email, and from there I read all the way through to the end, and then I went to 12, 11, 10 and read it forwards from that point over and over, and then finally I started from the beginning and read to the end.
I felt like God had my head in the bible, like it was the only oxygen I had around me, as if I wasn’t able to breathe on my own, it was an experience I can hardly explain, but tell you, I praise Him for it! and at one point I looked up into the sky, and saw an angel image in every cloud. It was sooooooooo awesome!

These are some verses that spoke to me as I read; I hope they bless you as they have blessed me.

Hebrews 2: 5-11
Jesus made like his brothers:

” In putting everything under him, God left nothing that is not subject to him. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.
In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.”

Hebrews 4: 7

” Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.”

Hebrews 6:4-6

” It is impossible for those who have once been saved enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, If they fall away to be brought back to repentence, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.”

Hebrews 10:1

” The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming- not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never be the same sacrifices repeated endessly year after year, make perfect for those who draw near to worship.”

Hebrews 10:17

” And where these have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin.”

Hebrews 11:1

” Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”

Hebrews 11: 8-10

” By faith Abraham when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going, By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a forgein country; he lived in tents, as did Issac and Jacob who were heirs with him of the same promise, For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.”

Hebrews 12:2-3

” Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.”

Hebrews 12: 4

” In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood.”

Hebrews 12: 11

” No discapline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.”

Hebrews 12:14-15

” Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy, without holiness no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one misses the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.”

Hebrews 13:2

” Do not forget to entertain strangers for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.”

Hebrews 13: 7

” Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you, Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.”

Hebrews 13: 17

” Obey your leaders and submit to their authority, they keep watch over you as men who must give account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be no advantage to you.”

Hebrews 13:2
” Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.”
